Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has a quality defect or the packaging arrived damaged.
If your item meets these criteria, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return due to damage or quality issues, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damaged packaging of our product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns for any other reasons (e.g., change of mind, buyer's remorse) will strictly not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, the packaging is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As a general rule, all items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We absolutely cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any circumstances. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the exact same product, please contact us at healthymeeko@gmail.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for the damaged/defective item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
